Do This Every Night For a Happier Life ||A lot of people wants to have a great day , a positive , energetic and a highly productive day, to make their everyday better and to live a happy life. According, one step in having a great routine that before sleeping which will help you to greater extent to make your life happier.
I have taken the following steps from a book " HOW TO HAVE A GREAT DAY" by "Caroline Webb".
1. Peak And Rule.
Follow an exercise of gratitude. Be thankful for what you experience some good stuffs in your whole day and think of having them again in your future days. For example, if you have gone through a road trip , remember what were the best experiences of that trip and you would be thinking of going again. Be thankful for that. You can even think in your mind, or talk about it with your partner, friends , families etc. or just make notes.
2. Head Start.
Head start means to do or to plan your targets a night before you want to achieve it. Make a list of your goals which you want to achieve next day. It will make your work sorted and you will feel it a lot easy. Set your intentions. It will definitely increase your productivity and you will see a great result.
3. Do not use mobile phones.
This is the problem with many of us. Being in front of mobile phones and any type of screen just before sleep will surely hinder your sleep.When your eyes are in front of screens, your mind receives a message that it is a day and you do not have to sleep. That is why, always try to not use your mobile phones at night. It will increase the quality of your sleep and you will feel a great positive energy next day which will let you put 100% in your work.
4. Repeat Repeat and Repeat.
There is nothing impossible for us if we make our mind. Definitely we will face some problems during the process but keeping trying anything without accepting loss is what separates a great from the averages. Try to follow these steps every night mentioned above and you will surely be an owner of a solved and a happy life.
