THOSE WHO COMPARE THEMSELVES WITH OTHERS ||This is the story of a MBA graduate man who is worry and tensed about his career and his job. But, this is not his main problem. His main problem is that his peers and the friends were now settled in their life. Someone started business , some gets job and some started a work. By seeing this , our main character was getting depressed and feeling sad and angry. He was a good student in his academics and scored good, even then also he was struggling.

One day when he was so depressed , lost from his life , angry by himself and went in a forest and sat somewhere thinking about his life and how others got success. Just like he was talking to god. After sometime he heard a voice , like the it was the voice of god and he was talking to him. God said"look at your surroundings what are you able to see". He replied " Here are some ferms which are getting tall and having flowers getting beautifull." There was a sprout at some distance from the ferns which was peeking out of the land and was very small. This means everyone is not same.God said "Look at the bamboo sprout, I planted theses ferns and the bamboo seed on the same day, same time , same place and provided the same amount of water. But, the ferns are so tall and beautiful as they are the chinese ferns and have the ability to grow with a great speed and the chinese bamboo first develop their roots quitely under the ground. It takes many years to develop its roots. But, when the roots are developed properly , then with our naked eyes we can see that bamboo can grow upto 90 feets overnight i.e.,  in 24 hours ." 

This means if some one is not able to do anything at a particular time while others are able to do it, this does not mean that person will not able to do that in future.

This story tells us , like bamboo works on its roots, a person should also first focus on his/her base and when the base is ready he/she is ready to fly rather just trying be like others.

Chinese ferns are beautiful and tall just from the outer surface but their roots are not so well developed while bamboo takes a much longer time to develop its roots but when it developes completely it grow with a rapid speed.

This gave the person a sparkling of hope and happiness and again he started to work hard for his life.

A lot of people see others doing well and thinking that they themselves are useless. My message from this story to all the youngsters and the persons struggling in their life is" Do not just look at others and feel jealous rather try to learn from them and just be busy in developing you base because a building with a strong base can not be demolished."

I hope this story will encourage you and motivate you. Nothing is impossible but, there is a right time of everything in this world. God has a better plans for everyone. Just stay positive, believe in youself and keep working.
